Dr Angela Beese is a BABCP-accredited Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapist and a BPS Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow, practising as Wharfedale CBT Psychotherapy in West Yorkshire, face-to-face and online (Zoom). She has been in practice for 18 years (BABCP accredited for 15) and provides CBT, Mindful Self-Compassion and other emerging approaches for adults with a range of mental health problems, including complex disorders such as trauma and childhood emotional neglect.
