Hardeep helps with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem and trauma, and has specialist areas including CBT for long-term health conditions, perinatal and postnatal care, and mindfulness. Her qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT (Royal Holloway), specialist High Intensity CBT training for long-term health conditions (UEA), a PG Certificate as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (UCL), an MSc in Research Methods (KCL) and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology (UEL), and she is EMDR trained (EMDR Association UK). Sessions are £85 (50 minutes) or £145 (90 minutes), with a free 15-minute consultation; self-funding and some private healthcare insurance are accepted.
