Joanna Bieszczad is a BABCP-accredited senior CBT and EMDR therapist and counsellor with 15+ years' clinical experience and four degrees in Psychology and Psychotherapy, having previously worked as a Senior CBT and EMDR therapist in the NHS. She now offers one-to-one remote therapy (telephone, Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp or FaceTime) from bases in Taunton (TA1) and London (WC2H), with a specialism in self-esteem and confidence and in single trauma, PTSD and anxiety — reporting close to full recovery rates for single-trauma treatment measured on the IES-r.
