Joanne Sharratt
East Staffs Therapy Services is run by Jo Sharratt, a qualified and BABCP-accredited CBT therapist and EMDR Europe Accredited practitioner with a background in mental health nursing and over 20 years' experience across a variety of settings. Her passion is working with depression, anxiety and especially trauma, with a special interest in self-compassion that strongly influences her therapy. Her qualifications include an HE Diploma in Mental Health Nursing, a PG Diploma in CBT, and EMDR training Parts 1–4.

Jo offers CBT and EMDR for trauma and PTSD, depression and anxiety, abuse, anger, bereavement and loss, bullying, career and work issues, chronic fatigue, coping with physical illness, low self-confidence and self-esteem, miscarriage and postnatal depression, OCD, panic, phobias, self-harm, stress and more. Sessions are £67.50 (daytime), £73 (evening), or £57.50 for first responders, students and retirees, and she is registered with AXA, Aviva, Vitality, Allianz, WPA and Bupa.
